I feel so privileged to have photographed at this beautiful venue (Seacliff House) a couple of weeks back to back. Not half as much though as how privileged I feel for having the opportunity to be Kimberley and Leroy’s Wedding Photographer.
My clients are inevitably laid back, easy going, and don’t particularly like having their photo taken that much. Just like me. They appreciate ‘the moment’ and the photographs that capture it. And if I’m lucky my clients appreciate and relate to a photographic creativity that is really important to me too. As a fellow creative, Kimberley let me know that she liked that this is part of my style. Meeting Kim, and checking out the amazing job she and her helpers had done of creating this Wedding, the creative appreciation was immediately mutual.
Beyond artistic sensibilities though, was my appreciation of the loving kindness and sensitivity of my beautiful clients. This too was clearly reflected in their families and friends. It made me happy to say the least.
Within the short essay of images here I sincerely hope you can extract an essence of some fundamental juicy richness of loving togetherness and all the pulp that makes everything truly beautiful. I felt it and witnessed it from start to finish.
My warmest congrats go out to Kim and Leroy.
With Love and Gratitude - Dean aka CloudFace.
