I left home with a bit of food stuck in my beard and the windscreen wipers on full tilt. It was wet, humid, and my appearance and personal hygiene has been sliding towards a standard barely suitable for camp outs. On the other side of my Google Maps, destination Worrowing, otherwise known as one of the funkiest South Coast Wedding Venues of all time (and one of the longest running for that matter), was playing host to my extremely chilled clients, their families, and tons of great friends.
So I got my act together, and miraculously the skies cleared to the point where I could of sworn that I was being blinded by the glittering gold at the end of the rainbow. Little did I realise that it was simply the golden hue and warm glow of my lovely clients. From this epicentre of goodness my clients were tended to and supported by a Bridal Party with smiles face wide. Such good vibes. A quick check of my refection hinted that the food was no longer caught up in the black and greys.
Throughout the day all the normal stuff happened like a Wedding Ceremony, Photo Shoot, and enter the Reception…but none of it happened in a normal way. For Elise and Hayden everything continued to shine and not one iota of anything but perfect flow defined the proceedings. Easy going clients equal easy going Photographer. Being able to immerse myself in this beautiful Wedding was easy, and the opportunity felt awesome both energetically and photographically.
Let it be said that as little as the run sheet was just another day, neither were the ingredients that made it. The icing on the cake was that band that had me mesmerised and everyone else getting their frocks and socks swinging and sliding. Happy times indeed!
My warmest congrats to my beautiful clients who are oh so damn compatible it’s frightening. Such a great couple!
With Love, Gratitude and Peace,
